The main goal of the coaching staff is to create an exciting environment conducive to the personal development of each swimmer. The coaching staff is dedicated to providing each swimmer with the best possible coaching. We ask our swimmers to make the necessary sacrifices to become elite swimmers and develop into role models for our younger team members.
